Color:
Due to the variable displays and settings on computer monitors we cannot guarantee that what your monitor displays will exactly match the frame finish.
Custom Frames:
Custom frames are constructed to the customer's dimensions. Custom Frame orders cannot be cancelled nor returned under any circumstance.
Damaged Product:
If you receive a product it is damaged, you must report it within 3 days. We cannot take responsibility for damages beyond this point. If reported within the proper time we will replace the damaged frame. We may require photographic proof of damage and may have the product returned at our discretion. Returns:
If you do not like your product for any reason (size, color etc.) you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned products and the customer pays for return shipping. The product must be in an unused condition. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. Please contact us to receive a return authorization and ship to address. Returns without a return authorization will be refused. Please call 888-683-0158. A credit or refund will be issued after receipt of the frame less the original and return shipping and handling costs. If customer received free shipping the actual cost of shipping will be deducted. Frame must be repacked in its original packaging including interior packing.
Canceling an Order:
If you would like to cancel your order we will contact the manufacturer and if it has not shipped we will have your order cancelled. If the order has already shipped it is treated as a return.
Frame dimensions:
Frame widths and dimensions are usually correct as listed. Occasionally listed frames are produced at new factories and the outer dimensions can change slightly. All frames exterior dimensions are correct within .5" or 1". If an exact measurement is needed please contact customer service and we can provide an exact measurement. |
